   7.1 Clients will be provided with training, coaching, and mentoring support. Depending on the services purchased, support will be provided via tutorial videos, workbooks, and sessions through a video conferencing platform. 7.2 The purpose of the training and online sessions is to assist in transformative growth using various modalities including, but not limited to, meditation techniques and holistic practices.
   
   
8. Limitations
   
   8.1 By undergoing training/sessions, you agree to take full responsibility for your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Youth Glow will not be liable for any issues that arise during or after participation in any of the activities within the course.
   
   
9. Confidentiality
   
   9.1 Any information shared in sessions between the coach and client is confidential and will not be disclosed to outside parties, except in cases involving illegal, unethical, or criminal activities. 9.2 Results from the methods employed by Youth Glow are not guaranteed and depend on the client’s commitment and follow-through.
   
   
10. Refunds
    
    10.1 Youth Glow aims to provide the highest quality of services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at julie@youthglow.co.uk.
    
    10.2 Refund requests must be submitted within 21 days of purchase. Conditions apply, and not all services may be refundable, especially those already rendered. 10.3 No refunds will be provided after 21 days from the date of purchase. If you are on a payment plan, you are required to complete the payments as agreed.
